What happens if my jewelry breaks or gets lost?

We ensure your jewelry is fully welded and secure during application. If the chain breaks due to pressure or getting caught, your first repair is free; a small fee applies for subsequent repairs. We are not responsible for lost pieces.

are there any cons of permanent jewelry?

Since permanent jewelry can't be removed, activities like swimming, sleeping, and exercising may cause wear and damage, leading to potential repairs over time.

Is the process safe and does it hurt?

The process is completely safe and painless, as we never touch the skin directly. Using the Orion PulseM Welder, which only activates when in contact with metal.

what happens if I need an MRI or a medical procedure?

Please consult your doctor to see if you need to remove your permanent jewelry. If removal is required, cut the jump ring and store it in a zip lock bag. We will reweld your jewelry at no extra cost after a medical procedure.

What if I change my mind after getting welded?

All sales are final once the chain has been cut.
