Appointment Booking
Appointments are highly encouraged. We do post regular walk in hours however appointments will guarantee your spot and ensure a limited wait time.
Age Requirements
Permanent jewelry is available for guests 8+. Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Allergies
If you have known sensitivities to base metals or precious metals, this service may not be suitable for you.
If You Need to Remove Your Jewelry
Life happens — medical procedures, emergencies, or personal reasons. If you ever need to remove your piece, simply cut at the jump ring. Re‑welds are available for $15.
Jewelry that is removed incorrectly, damaged beyond repair, or lost will need to be repurchased at full value.
We’re happy to attempt a re‑weld on chains from other permanent jewelry artists, but we cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of another company’s materials.
Breaks & Repairs
If your bracelet breaks, we’ll always do our best to repair it. While we can’t guarantee every repair, we’ll take great care of you.
