Appointment FAQ
Appointments are Encouraged
Appointments are highly encouraged. We do post regular walk in hours however appointments will guarantee your spot and ensure a limited wait time.
Age restrictions
Permanent jewelry is available for guests 12+. Anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must purchase a clasp.
Metal Allergies
If you have known sensitivities to base metals or precious metals, this service may not be suitable for you.
Removing your permanent Jewelry
We understand life happens — medical procedures, emergencies, or personal reasons. If you ever need to remove your piece, simply cut at the jump ring as instructed during your in-person session. Re‑welds are available for $15.
Jewelry that is removed incorrectly, damaged beyond repair, or lost will need to be repurchased at full value.
We’re happy to attempt a re‑weld on chains from other permanent jewelry artists, but we cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of another company’s materials.

Permanent Jewelry Breaks & Repairs
If your bracelet breaks, we’ll always do our best to repair it. While we can’t guarantee every repair, we’ll take great care of you.
Refund Policy
Permanent jewelry is a custom service. All sales are final.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no‑shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
How to care for your permanent jewelry
Permanent jewelry is fine jewelry. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid:

- Harsh chemicals

Who should not get permanent jewlery
People with pacemakers or allergies to solid gold, sterling silver, or gold fill should avoid permanent jewelry.

We source exclusively from trusted jeweler suppliers to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
